Next-generation Genomics and Integrative Biology: The Future.

The advent of Next-Generation Sequencing technologies has opened the doors to a wide range of applications. This Rendez-Vous is intended for scientists interested in technologies and applications related to high-throughput sequencing.

The Rendez-Vous Séquençage 2011 in Québec City will focus on researchers leading initiatives using next-generation sequencing technologies in diverse areas of research.

Topics covered will include:

  • sequencing of various species
  • gene expression profiling, RNA-Seq
  • human resequencing and diseases
  • integrative biology
